The law for the freedom to choose one’s professional future established an index of equal pay between women and men. Intended to measure the impact of policies pursued by companies, this index, based on 5 criteria, assigns an overall score out of 100 points.

The SEHCC Company brings together nearly 80 full-time equivalent employees and publishes the results of its index for the year 2020 on February 15, 2021.
Overall, for this second year, it obtains a score of 74/100, up from 63/100 for 2019 and is committed to continuing its efforts to reach at least 75 points, within 2 years. .
