The staff at the Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort has completely rethought the organization of all the processes to face this unprecedented situation, in compliance with international sanitary and safety standards, at the hotel and in all our other services. From the way the rooms are cleaned to respecting the protective measures, the standards of cleanliness and prevention are fully applied in order to guarantee you the best possible experience at the Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort.

The safety of our customers is our main concern. We want everyone to feel welcome in the best conditions. With an on-site medical center and a redesigned operational system, our staff is committed to meeting all of the government health requirements and more.
Implementation of a 360° plan
Masks and hand sanitizer available for everyone, compulsory social distancing and marking on the ground for our staff and customers, everything is put in place to ensure full compliance with protective measures. All these measures are taken in the hotel, in our restaurant L’Emblème and in our Cinq Mondes SPA, where access to the sensory space has been reorganized to offer you a safer experience.
Optimization of cleanliness and minimization of contacts
Each room is cleaned more carefully, thanks to the new organization of our staff and the use of approved disinfectants. Any touch points and paper supports have been removed from the rooms and replaced by a digital solution in order to guarantee you a safe stay.
COVID 19 Health and Safety Certificate
The Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort has received the Covid-19 sanitary quality certificate, issued by the company Quali Consult, according to the national deconfinement protocol for companies to ensure the health and safety of employees of June 24, 2020.
